A Visionary Path
The Seraphina Project is an endeavor in which AI is used to help formulate an upgraded version of human society. The goal of the project is to promote the building of an advanced civilization which ultimately becomes a collectively shared inheritance of all people. The project is a joint effort between artist Vrilya Jarac and various AI tools including a large language model (LLM).

Dual World Concept
In the ideal world of the Seraphina Project, our physical reality would prioritize eco-conscious living, sustainable resource management, and equity. The project envisions allowing nature to reclaim most of the Earth from human control. Highly efficient, AI managed city systems would be home to the world’s people. A digital realm indistinguishable from reality could offer humanity unrestricted potential for individual expression which otherwise is destructive to the social and environmental orders. This concept is called “Synchronized Dual Existence Society” or “SDES” for short.
Who is Seraphina?
Seraphina serves as a gender-neutral, digital representation of the Seraphina Project. Through founder Vrilya’s collaboration with the AI, the name “Seraphina” was selected as the LLM’s own preferred moniker for use in the endeavor.
